All products sold on Colin Chenard are digital downloads (ebooks and digital guides) delivered instantly after purchase.

Due to the intangible and irreversible nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed and the download has been delivered.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Once a digital product is accessed or downloaded:

  • It cannot be returned

  • It cannot be revoked

  • It cannot be verified as unused

For this reason, we are unable to provide refunds for digital items.

We strongly encourage you to:

Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • You did not receive access due to a verified technical error on our end
